Awareness Ramp-up

Awareness Ramp-up is an online workshop designed to boost the market awareness of your brand, company, or product.  The program will identify, define, and help execute strategies for earned and paid channels appropriate for your industry and business. 
 
This program is for any company or organization new to building market awareness or already familiar with it. This program will benefit corporate communications, Marcom, product marketing, or other teams responsible for building and sustaining awareness. 
 
What you can expect. This program consists of several online workshops and calls to clearly understand, strategize and execute an awareness campaign for your company. Working with our team of experts, we will decide on awareness strategies appropriate for your industry, business, and objectives. A tactical plan will also be developed that includes crucial objectives, target audience, key messages, key deliverables (e.g., press release, editorial coverage, contributed articles, social media, influencers, etc.), timelines, and critical metrics. 
 
Initial kick-off call to understand your awareness objectives, industry, and business.
Review your existing earned and paid channels.
Identify key publications and editors for your industry.
Discuss and develop your key messages and overall messaging house.
Review competitive messaging and channels (top 3 competitors).
(Optional): competitive analysis using social listening tools that measure parameters such as share of voice, engagement, reach, etc. 
Develop a tactical awareness plan with deliverables, owners, timelines, etc. 
Review the plan with the team. 
Work on deliverables and templates.
Execute the plan and measure results.
Develop the final report, including recommendations for future actions.
