- Review and discuss your annual business and marketing objectives

- Review company value proposition and product value statements
- Review owned, earned, and paid channels
- Review current content and assets
- Determine one minimum content set for each program
- Decide on any additional tactics (in-person) and map to AIDA funnel stages
