SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. We currently do not ship internationally.
RETURN POLICY
To return an item, place it securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from our receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payment is to be made in advance by purchasing the product or service that you need through our secure shopping cart. Once payment is received, your purchase will be scheduled to be completed and you will receive an email to that effect. By placing your order on our website, you agree to our terms and that all sales are final.
